RETURNS

At this time, returns will not be accepted unless the merchandise is defective, or not as described.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at threaded.metal.designs@gmail.com, and we'll come up with a resolution together.

RESIZING

If you receive your item and it doesn't fit as expected, don't despair! Most chainmail pieces can be resized. Don't hesitate to reach out to me by email to discuss your options.

Please note, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred, and the time it may take for your altered product to reach you may vary.

Due to the nature of beaded items, most are not adjustable, so don't forget to check the size before you buy! If you see something you like but need a different size, I'd be happy to create a custom piece - just for you.
